Week 1 Your journey begins with a focused Discovery Session where we’ll explore your business vision and challenges, collaboratively identifying initial direction. We’ll explore your aspirations, unpack what’s feeling “stuck,” and begin to illuminate potential pathways forward. You’ll gain a clear overview of our 7-week program and how its blend of identity strategy and business coaching can specifically support your aspirations, ensuring it feels like the right partnership from the start. Week 2-3 Now that we’ve established a foundational understanding of your vision, Weeks 2 and 3 are where we truly delve into your “Dreaming Room.” This is a powerful space for deep self-discovery, guided by our identity-based strategies. We’ll explore your core values, inherent strengths, and the authentic desires that underpin your business aspirations. Together, we’ll identify any limiting beliefs or “lies” that may be obscuring your true path, creating a clear vision of the aligned leader and business you’re meant to be. Week 4-5 Stepping into “The Create Lab” in Weeks 4 and 5, we shift our focus to actively connecting your unearthed identity with your business purpose. Through practical exercises and insightful conversations, you’ll learn to tune into your inner guidance and translate that wisdom into tangible steps for your business. This is where you’ll gain clarity on your unique mission, your ideal impact, and how your authentic self naturally informs your strategic decisions and creative processes. Week 6-7 Weeks 6 and 7 mark your journey into “The Business Builder” phase. Here, we’ll take the profound insights gained about your identity and purpose and translate them into a concrete, actionable business plan. We’ll focus on aligning your strategies, offerings, communication, and overall business structure with your authentic core. You’ll leave this phase with a clear roadmap, practical tools, and the confident momentum to execute your vision with genuine alignment and lasting impact.

If you've done some "heart work" (self reflection, journaling, counseling, retreats) in the past, and feel like you're ready to tie up any loose ends, anything lingering from harder seasons, we focus on this in the first few weeks. It brings finality, closure and confidence to you as you start to build your new thing. If you have a vision, some puzzle pieces for what you want to build, but it looks a little fuzzy and it feels like you can't bring it all together by yourself, we'll focus on helping you get clarity during this process. If you feel ready to take the leap, and start putting pen to paper, and bring your vision to life, you're ready.

We can break the payments up over 2 months if needed, by request.

The Business Builder process takes 7 weeks from start to finish, we'll schedule an hour long zoom each week throughout that time, and send you recaps and action items after each call. You'll want to devote between one to three hours a week to "sit with" the action items and reflection questions in between calls.
