Don't force it - let authenticity drive you and truly the rest will follow. Put one foot in front of the other and take small steps consistently.
If you're not there yet - keep iterating through journaling, writing, blogging, speaking, and collaborating. Ideas will come from this and when they do, write them down, capture them and this thing will morph (and continue to) into what it's supposed to be.
