This Yes or No Chart, shared by Sabina Nawaz on Harvard Business Review is one of our favorite tools for breaking bad habits and/or making sure the things that you want to accomplish actually happen - and it’s e.a.s.y.
How to use it:
Pick 3 bad habits you want to improve or 3 things you want to do consistently each day and create your own "yes" chart.
Fill it out at the end of each day for 2 weeks and review your progress.
Just knowing that you have to fill it out combined with the practice of writing it out will kick those bad habits to the curb.
