Does anyone else feel like they can’t get a deep breath these days? Just doing life sometimes can feel like a marathon, not to mention the endless stream of email blasts, just plain emails, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, GroupMe, text messages...and various other platforms. (📱💻📨📱💻📨)⠀ ⠀ WOW.⠀ ⠀ There is so much noise in our world, it’s sometimes overwhelming and shocking. 😳⠀ ⠀ I’ve found myself lately desperately searching for a way to block it all out. I don’t want the noise, I only want what matters most in this life, and I want to THROW OFF anything that doesn’t align with that. This might seem extreme, but I believe we are living in a time where we’ve got to be serious about intentionality in our lives. And if we don’t seek to know our priorities and eliminate distractions that don’t align with that, we will forever be saying, “I’ll do that tomorrow”, or “I’ll get to it later.”⠀ ⠀ That’s why each week on Tuesdays, we’re going to be talking about one thing that we’re making space for and how we’re doing it, because part of being a gamechanger means getting real serious about eliminating distractions and making space to be intentional about doing the work that matters to us. ⠀ ⠀ When you do this - people around you, communities, cities, and who knows, maybe even nations, will be impacted.
